CHICAGO – June 12, 2009 – Software developer Ai2 announced today that they will be the new provider of choice to Graves Menu Maker Foods of Jefferson City, MO. Menu Maker will implement Ai2’s flagship product, OrderWriter®, for their district sales representatives to generate orders in the field.
One of several reasons Menu Maker chose Ai2 was the years-long alliance with host software provider NDS and for its superior customer service. “Those [other] guys are a joke” said Dick Graves, President of Menu Maker, referring to his previous software provider. “We felt like we were being forced to migrate solutions and we used it as an opportunity to shop around.”
