Programmer David P. Weber Reaches Professional Milestone

CHICAGO – June 25, 2009 – Software developer Ai2 announced today that David Weber, one of the company’s top programmers, is now a Microsoft Certified Professional.  The certification is awarded through a training and testing program set up by Microsoft.

"We’re very proud of David.  He has always done great work in the programming of our sales automation solutions and now he is an even greater asset to the company," said CEO Douglas Katich.  "Having the best people allows us to provide the best solutions and David is one of the hardest-working members of this team," added Mark Olson, Vice President of Development for Ai2.

Weber’s specific concentration for certification was in .NET development, something he hopes to continue learning.  "It gives me more knowledge and flexibility, as well as the experience to weigh in on programming decisions, so I like that," Weber said.  "The 'Certified Professional' applies to anyone who passes one of Microsoft’s exams, so specifically I am a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist."

"I wasn’t expecting to be this famous," Weber joked as the congratulatory emails poured in from other Ai2 employees.  He plans to pursue other certifications in the future, which will no doubt add to his "fame."
