Topicz Automates Sales Force, Customers with Ai2 Solutions
Cincinnati Distributor Chooses Superior Functionality
CHICAGO - February 15, 2011 - Software developer Ai2 today announced the addition of Topicz, Inc. of Cincinnati, Ohio, to its customer family. Topicz will automate its sales force and a segment of its customer base with Ai2's software solutions.
Topicz chose Ai2 for its strength and flexibility. The company needed a solution so the sales rep could have more information when working with the customer to build an order, automate the returns process and print receipts and shelf tag labels. The company also decided to replace older Telxon ordering devices with Ai2's ACE solution. ACE provides more information to a retailer and has the ability to show new items, specials and promotions. ACE also guarantees valid data communications for customers currently using acoustic coupler technology. ACE stands for Automated Customer Entry and Topicz plans to replace many of its Telxons with this solution.
"We're glad to have Topicz on board," said Ray Walsh, Vice President of Sales for Ai2. "We're going to help them save a lot of money on a daily basis, as well as boosting their sales reps' productivity."
