Please include information about the hardware that you are using and the operating system that our product is running on. ----- For data issues, is this affecting one user or many? Provide a username or node affected, customer or customers affected, items affected. If items are showing incorrect information or pricing, what do you expect to see, and what do you actually see? ------ For communications issues, is the user connecting over a cell network or WIFI? ------- What OS system and version is the effected system?
